All products can be purchased direct from JLC Automation and we welcome enquiries from trade and private customers alike. To ensure that the most suitable products are selected for your installation our sales team are on hand to discuss your application making recommendations based on your discussions. Drawings, sketches, photographs and any other specification you may have is always helpful and can be e-mailed, faxed or posted.

For automatic doors we strongly recommend that you complete one of our self-survey forms. On receipt of the completed form a specification and quotation is drawn up and returned to you.

To ensure that your installation complies with relevant standards we offer training for all products.

After-sales service

Installation instructions are supplied with our products however, should you need technical assistance before or during your installation our technical team will be happy to help. Commissioning services are also available, please speak to our sales department for further information.

Prices

Please call our sales office for prices, discount can be awarded for bulk or regular orders.

Guarantees

All products supplied by JLC Automation are covered by a one year return to base guarantee.

Payment

Orders are required in writing and can be e-mailed, faxed or posted. Account customers have terms of 30 days net, to apply please complete and return our Credit Account Application Form. Credit accounts are available for business-to-business transactions only. Pro-forma invoices can be paid by credit card or cheque. Non-account customers please note that goods will not be despatched until cleared funds are received.

Delivery

Many goods are stocked and despatched within 24 hours but due to the size of our product range this cannot be guaranteed. Please call our sales department to check stock.

UK Carriage and Packing

Small items ready for despatch before midday are sent recorded delivery at a cost of £7.50 + VAT. Parcels up to 20kg are sent via carrier on a next day service at a cost of £15.00 + VAT*. All other carriage and packing charges can be obtained from our sales department. *Applies to most parts of the UK.
